We design and manufacture a full range of oil and grease free bearings for an extensive range of pumps. The elastomeric grade offers the best combination of rigidity/hardness and flexibility/elasticity accompanied by high abrasion resistance.

The thermoplastic grade is ideal for working at a higher temperature and pressure than the elastomeric grade and also has greater chemical resistance.

ThorPlas Blue bearings

THORPLAS BLUE

Ability to start up dry
Works in water and chemicals up to temperatures of 80°C and dry up to 110°C
Working pressure 45 MPa
Very low wear in environments which are not very abrasive
Very low coefficient of friction

Suitable for drinking water
