Sealing parts

The seals are the parts that are joined to others to avoid direct contact of the interior of the installed system with the exterior environment as far as possible. We have a wide variety of lip seals.

They are manufactured with our Thordon polymer. Thanks to their conical lip design they guarantee a proper seal between the parts that they join, avoiding wear and abrasion. In addition, they have better recovery than other seals in response to deformations or forces.

Our seals make a positive seal possible for a very wide range of operating pressures.

Their main characteristics are as follows:

Pressure range from 0 to 100 MPa
Cut and tear resistant
High resistance to abrasion
Low friction, self-lubricating
Prevent abrasive particles from reaching the bearing surface
Easy to install
Single or stacked assembly for limited movements or applications with alternating linear movements
Recommended for linear reciprocal applications or limited speed rotary applications
